The Free For All Mission
Our mission is to turn everyday donations into extraordinary impact. We exist to reduce waste, support our community, and create a place where people and planet come first. Every item that passes through our doors is part of a bigger story… a story of generosity, creativity, and connection. More than shopping, Free For All is an experience: a place to discover treasures, meet your neighbours, and be part of a movement that makes a difference.

Not Just a Method.
Many organisations use their shops as a means to an end — a way to generate revenue for other programmes. At Free For All, the act of sharing is the end itself.
We believe that rehoming items, reducing waste, and connecting neighbours isn’t a side project or a funding mechanism. It’s the entire point. We don’t just share to do good — sharing is the good.

About Free For All
Visit the MegaCentre at 15 Te Puni St, Petone which is open 6 days from Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 5:30pm. The entry Koha is $10 for adults, $5 for kids 2–11 and free for under 2s.
Drop-offs for things we can quickly sort and put straight on the shelves are accepted 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30am to 3:30pm.
If you have large items like furniture that you would like to share, please contact us to arrange a time for drop-off as we don’t always have enough space.
And if you have bulk to share, then we can arrange for one of the team to collect from you for a small koha.
